Registering and paying
How do I register? Open the tournament, tap Register, sign in (or create an account), pick your partner if it's doubles, and you'll land on the payment page.
How do I pay? By InstaPay or mobile-wallet transfer to the details shown at checkout. Send the exact amount, write your reference in the transfer note, then upload a screenshot of the transfer on the same page. The screenshot is how we find your payment, so your spot isn't held without it.
How long does approval take? We check transfers by hand, usually within one working day, and at most three working days. Your spot is held while we do, and you get an email as soon as you're confirmed.
Can I pay cash at the venue? Only if you've agreed it with the organizers first. Message us before the tournament fills up.
My hold expired before I paid. What now? Register again if there are still spots. Nothing was charged.
Can I get a refund? Entry fees aren't automatically refundable. Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll look at it — see the refund policy.
Playing
What time should I arrive? Check-in opens 45 minutes before the first match. Arrive early enough to warm up.
Can I change my partner? Message us before registration closes and we'll switch it if the new partner has an account and isn't already registered.
What if it rains? We'll message everyone who registered.
Points and rankings
How are points calculated? See the rules page. You earn points for taking part, for each match you win, and for finishing on the podium. Majors multiply everything.
When do rankings update? As soon as an organizer publishes the results of a tournament.
Do points reset? Season rankings cover one season. The all-time ranking keeps everything.
Account
How do I change my photo or details? Sign in, open your account, then Edit profile.
I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
Is my phone number visible to other players? No. Only the organizers see your phone number, emergency contact and payment details.
